Max Delmege borrows $4,000 and opens Trinder & Delmege Real Estate in Avalon Beach.

1975

8 successful years since the first office opened, Delmege expands into Mona Vale.

1980’s

During the 80s, Delmege Real Estate continues to grow its portfolio, developing a number of prominent arcades in Mona Vale, such as 7 Bungan Street, 9 Bungan Street, 15 Bungan Street & 17 Bungan Street.

1985

Construction commences at 20 Bungan Street, Mona Vale. An eight-story, 26m high retail and commercial office complex with 255 car spaces, which puts Mona Vale on the Map.

1986

The Delmege Building opens in Mona Vale, which today is a landmark commercial office building, fully leased by medical specialists and professional services.

1990’s

Delmege grows with a new office opening in North Sydney to cater for expansion from Northern Beaches to Greater Sydney metropolitan area.

2000’s

Delmege continues to grow, expanding its reach across the Greater Sydney metropolitan area, Central Coast, Regional NSW, and interstate.

New offices across the Northern Beaches and Queensland are opened to cater for expansion.

2002

Delmege becomes major sponsor and owner of the Northern Eagles, ensuring the clubs survival.

2004

Max Delmege becomes the first owner to privatise a National Rugby League Team with a deal that cements the financial security of the club.

2008

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles defeat Melbourne Storm 40-0 in the 2008 NRL Grand Final. The highest Rugby League Grand Final margin in Australian history. This is the pinnacle of Delmege’s involvement with the club.

2013

Max Delmege and son, Brett Delmege relocate to Queensland to open Delmege Agency and expand Delmege’s interests throughout Queensland.

Present Day

Delmege Agency have been a prominent force on the Gold Coast market for 2013. Run by Director Brett Delmege and Father Max Delmege with over 75 years combined Real Estate Knowledge.
